Job Title: Custodian Crew Leader Job Vacancies (Women/Men)

Seeking Qualified candidates for the position of Custodian Crew Leader in the American embassy’s facility management Office.

Full-Time Duty: 40 Hours per week

Gross Salary: Rs.74,288.00

Education Qualifications:

• Passed in G.C.E. O/L examination in 6 subjects Including Mathematics or 3 “C” Passes
• Completed housekeeping course in recognized institute

Experiences:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience.

Note: Language proficiency will be tested.

Job Title:Engineer – Residential (Female/Male)

Qualifications:

01. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical field.

02. Experience:

Five years experience in the Civil engineering field.

03. Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking English (This will be tested)
• Fluency in reading, writing, Speaking Tamil/Sinhala.

04. Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge in building and construction standard codes.
• Must know good management and supervisory principles.

05. Skills And Ability:

• Develop concept drawings (construction Plans, Floor plans) using CAD software.
• Able to prepare reports and other documents in the English language.
• And driving skills. ( You should have B or C.C1 driving license)
