POST FIELD OFFICER
Experience:
More than 03 years as a Field Officer or 05 years as an Asst. Field Officer or 10 years as a Junior Assistant Field Officer in a Regional Plantations Company or Government owned Estate
POST ASSISTANT FIELD OFFICER
Experience:
More than 03 years as an Assistant Field Officer or 05 years as a Junior Assistant Field Officer in a Regional Plantations Company or Government owned Estate
POST: JUNIOR ASSISTANT FIELD OFFICER
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
G.C.E.(O/L) with English & Mathematics with experience of more than 06 months as a Junior Assistant Field Officer / Trainee Junior Assistant Field Officer in a Regional Plantations Company or Government owned Estate
POST : FACTORY OFFICER
More than 03 years as a Factory Officer or 05 years as a Senior Asst. Factory Officer or 10 years as an Assistant Factory Officer in a Regional Plantations Company or Government owned Estate.
POST ASSISTANT FACTORY OFFICER
Experience:
More than 03 years as an Assistant Factory Officer or 05 years as a Junior Assistant Factory Officer in a Regional Plantations Company or Government owned Estate.
8. POST: JUNIOR ASSISTANT FACTORY OFFICER
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
G.C.E. (O/L) with English & Mathematics with experience of more than 06 months as a Junior Assistant Factory Officer/Trainee Junior Assistant Factory Officer in a Regional Plantations Company or Government owned Estate
POST : ESTATE MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Experience:
More than 01 year as a Medical Assistant or 05 years as a Junior Medical Assistant in a reputed organization.
10. POST: WELFARE OFFICER
G.C.E. (O/L) with English & Mathematics with experience of more than 06 months as a Welfare Officer/Trainee Welfare Officer in a reputed organization in plantation sector. Good communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil
11. POST: DRIVER
Experience:
Valid driving license with more than 06 months experience as a driver.
12. POST: MECHANIC/LATHE MACHINE OPERATOR/ELECTRICIAN
Experience:
More than 06 months experience as a Mechanic/Lathe Machine Operator/Electrician in a reputed organization.
Age: For the Posts of Administrative Officer, Factory Officer, Field Officer and Estate Medical Assistant should be below 50 years and for all other Posts should be below 45 years. Salary: As per the Collective Agreement in Force
