- G.C.E. O/L in 6 subjects (incl. Science, Language & Maths) within 2 attempts
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license required
- Height: min 5’4″ · Chest: min 34″ · Weight: min 57 kg
- Age: 18–25 years (public servants exempt)
