What are the Eligibility Requirements?

• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Must be a permanent resident of the Eastern Province.
• Should have resided in the province for at least 3 of the last 6 years.
• Age must be between 18 and 45 years.
• Must have passed G.C.E. O/L with at least six subjects including the language requirement.
• Applicants with NVQ Level 3 qualification recognized by TVEC may also apply.
• Must possess valid B and C category driving licences.
• Minimum three years of driving experience is required.
• Minimum height requirement is 5 feet.
• Must be physically fit with good eyesight.
