Eligibility Criteria

• For Personal Assistant to Chairman: GCE A/L (3 passes) & GCE O/L (6 subjects with 4 credits including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics) + 1-year secretarial diploma + 10 years experience.
• For Technical/Vocational Posts (Mason, Carpenter, Motor Mechanic, Plumber, Electrician, Telephone Linesman, Electrical Linesman): NVQ Level 4 Proficiency Certificate in the respective trade from a recognized technical institute.

Age Limit:

• Personal Assistant: 22 to 45 years
• Technical/Vocational positions: 18 to 45 years
