Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- For Executive & Management Positions (Project Director, Finance Specialist, Procurement Specialist): Requires a UGC-recognized Bachelor’s Degree and/or Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) with Associate, Corporate, or Fellow professional membership and 6 to 10 years of managerial experience, or Class I All-Island Services status.
- For Engineering & Technical Positions (Senior Engineer, Project Officer, Technical Officer I): Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, NVQ Level 5/6/7 certificate, or Corporate Membership with 2 to 8 years of specialized/managerial experience.
- For Support Staff (Project Management Assistant): Requires G.C.E. O/L with credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics, or G.C.E. A/L, along with basic computer skills.
