Board Secretary (JM 1-1) – 01 Post:
- External: Degree recognized by UGC with 1 year post-qualifying experience OR passed Intermediate Exam of a recognized professional Chartered Institute with 1 year post-qualifying experience.
- Internal: Satisfying external criteria OR minimum 5 years satisfactory service in ‘Associate Officer’ category (MA5) or ‘Management Assistant – Non-Technological’ (MA1) Grade II in relevant subject area.
- Age: 22 – 45 years.
- Salary Scale: JM 1-1 – 01/2025: Rs. [72,650 – 10×1,560 – 15×2,040 – 122,970/-].
Psychosocial Officer (JM 1-1) – 01 Post:
- External: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Sociology recognized by UGC. (Diploma in Counseling from an accredited institute recognized by UGC with computer literacy in EXCEL and SPSS is an added advantage).
- Internal: Satisfying external criteria OR minimum 5 years satisfactory service in MA1 Grade II in relevant subject area.
- Age: 22 – 45 years.

Investigation Assistant (MA 3) – 02 Posts:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology recognized by UGC.

Driver (PL 3) – 02 Posts:
- External: Passed 6 subjects in G.C.E. O/L with at least 2 credits in maximum 2 sittings AND valid heavy vehicle driving license issued by DMT with minimum 3 years post-license driving experience.
- Internal: Valid heavy vehicle driving license with minimum 3 years driving experience AND minimum 5 years satisfactory service in Unskilled (PL1) post.
- Age: 18 – 45 years.
- Salary Scale: PL 3 – 01/2025: Rs. [41,280 – 10×490 – 10×540 – 10×590 – 12×630 – 67,040/-].
Age Limit:
22 – 45 years for executive/assistant posts; 18 – 45 years for Driver (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates).
