Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- For Supervisors (Electrical & Civil): National Certificate in Technology (with 3 years’ experience) OR G.C.E. (O/L) in 6 subjects (max two sittings) with at least 5 years’ experience as Supervisor in a government, local government, state corporation, or recognized engineering establishment.
- For Management Assistant (Shroff): G.C.E. (O/L) in 6 subjects at one sitting with credits in Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics, plus all subjects passed at G.C.E. (A/L) in one sitting (excluding Common General Papers), with one A/L pass in Accountancy.
Age Limit:
Not less than 18 and not more than 30 years on the closing date of applications.
