- Technical Officers: A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field which is recognized by the UGC, Sri Lanka OR NVQ Level 7, and experience in a Relevant field.
- ICT Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or NVQ Level 6 in IT / Higher National Diploma in Information Technology (HNDIT)
- MA: O/L, A/L, and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant position
- Accountant: SLAcS (Sri Lankan Account Service), Master’s Degree in Accountant or ACCA Qualifications/CIMA Qualification
- Drivers: O/L, A/L, and must have Sri Lanka heavy vehicle driving licence
- Development Officers: Bachelor’s Degree
