Minimum Educational Qualification – Post Wise:

- For Cobbler: 10th class pass / G.C.E. O/L Pass with vocational certificate or NVQ 3 in the fitting field, and 3 years of experience as a Cobbler
- Personal Secretory: Degree + Diploma in Secretarial works/English + 5 Years Experience
- Accountant, Manager, Auditor: Degree, or professional qualifications in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, HNDA
