Education Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Management Assistant (Grade III): Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with 6 subjects includings. Sinhala/Tamil language, English Language or English Literature, Mathematics (all in one sitting, with credit passes) and Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in 3 subjects in one sitting (excluding Common General Paper). And Minimum 6-month computer applications qualification from a recognized institution Two years’ experience in computer application usage.
2. Works Aide (Grade III) AND Security Guard (Grade III): Passed G.C.E. (O/L) in 6 subjects with at least 2 credit passes (in not more than 2 sittings)

Age Limit

• Management Assistant: 18 to 30 years
• Works Aide & Security Guard: 18 to 45 years

Salary and Benefits:

Management Assistant:

• Rs. 49,475.00 – 58,655.00 (UMN 1 III)
• Increment: 17×540
• Government & UGC approved allowances

Works Aide & Security Guard:

• Rs. 42,775.00 – 49,975.00 (UPL 1 III)
• Increment: 16×450
• Government & UGC approved allowances
