💼 Management Assistant (Grade II) | Airport Jobs in Sri Lanka

AASL is looking for highly motivated individuals with the right attitude to join as Management Assistants (Grade II). This position offers an opportunity to work in a reputed government organization serving Sri Lanka’s aviation sector.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain subject files systematically and ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Draft and type official correspondence.
  • Follow government circulars and internal guidelines.
  • Forward reports, files, and documents to relevant departments.
  • Take follow-up action as instructed.
  • Update and manage computerized databases.
  • Maintain positive customer interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

i. Should have passed 03 subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination (or equivalent) in one sitting, excluding Common General Test and General English.
AND
ii. Should have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with credit passes in English and Mathematics.
