Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project Vacancies

This is pursued through capacity building for climate resilience and inclusive value chains, combined with investments for climate resilience and inclusive value chains including last-mile infrastructure. The lead programme agency is the Ministry of Agriculture and Plantation Industries, which would establish a dedicated Project Management Unit (PMU) at the central level and two regional hubs for the implementation of SARP. What are the job positions and their qualifications at SARP?

  • Agro Enterprise Promoter: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Agriculture Technology and Management preferably specialized in Agricultural Economics, Business Management, and/ or marketing or a field related to rural enterprise development. OR postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Marketing Specialist: Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Technology, Food Science, or any other related field. At least 07 of working experience.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Agriculture, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Social Inclusion and Gender Facilitator: Degree in Social science / or a field related to rural community development of Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Management, Development Studies or any other related field.
