National Identity Card / Valid Passport.
Birth Certificate.
Marriage Certificate (only married women must submit) G.Ed.(S/D) Certificate.
Degree Certificate (as per Clause 05.1 of Clause 05 of the Recruitment Advertisement)
Degree (Statement / Transcript).
Detailed Results Sheet
Residence and character certificate issued by GS. (DS-04, must be received within last 06 months).
A copy of the voter ID card or a form issued by the village officer and countersigned by the divisional secretary stating the details of the voters registered in the voters ID card to confirm that they have continuously resided in the Northern Province for at least three years during the preceding 06 years from the closing date of the recruitment advertisement.
or a copy of the voter ID to confirm that the applicant or parent is a native of the Northern Province and has resided permanently in the Northern Province for at least five (5) years or a form issued by the village officer and countersigned by the Divisional Secretary stating the details of the voters registered in the electoral roll

Phase-1 (Panel-I – IV) STEPS Institute located in Madhya Maha Vidyalaya Campus, Kanakaratnam

Phase-2 (Panel – V- X) – Northern Province Education Ministry Campus
