Interns also handle basic technical issues such as computer hardware or software problems, as well as connection issues. They work under supervision to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification for this Job

1. GCE AL in any stream
2. Certificate/Diploma in relevant field will be added as qualification
3. Language Proficiency – Enaish/Sinhala or Tami
4. Previous experience in a call centre or customer support will be a definite advantage.
5. Age below 40 Years
6. SALARY — NEGOTIABLE
