Eligibility Criteria

• For IT Discipline: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in relevant ICT discipline from a UGC-recognized university, plus 2 years of experience in programming, system administration, network, DB, or ICT operations.
• For Card Operations (Executive & Junior Executive): Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Banking, Finance, Business Admin, IT, etc.) or IBSL Diploma/equivalent, plus required supervisory or executive experience in financial/card operations.

Age Limit:

Below 35 years for Junior Executive posts; Below 38 years for Executive post

• Junior Executive – (IT) Grade IV (Programmer, Systems Architect, DB Admin, Network Admin, ATM Switch/Admin, System Integration/Admin, System Security/Admin, ICT Operation/Admin, Data Centre/Analyst, IT Governance):
  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) from a UGC-recognized university in IT, Computer Systems, Computer & Network Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, IT Engineering, Information Security, IT Project Management, Business Tech & Analytics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or any other ICT-related discipline. Possession of internationally recognized professional certifications in relevant specialized areas is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in Programming (Java or .Net), Software Development, System Architecture, Database, Network, System Integration, Software Integration/deployment, IT Security, ICT Operation, Electrical & Electronic, Data Science & Analysis, IT Governance – Analyst, Data Centre, or any other ICT-related recognized experience.
  • Age: Below 35 years as at closing date (not applicable to internal applicants).
• Executive – Card Operations – Grade III Class III:
  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, IT, Science, Mathematics from a UGC-recognized university AND Diploma in Banking & Finance from IBSL or equivalent professional qualification WITH Certification or training related to Card Operations, Payment Systems, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, and Customer Service Management.
  • Experience: 3 years supervisory team working experience in the financial industry. Experience in Card Centre operations will be an added advantage.
  • Age: Below 38 years as at closing date (not applicable to internal applicants).
• Junior Executive – Card Operations – Grade IV:
  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, IT, Science, Mathematics from a UGC-recognized university. Certification or training related to Card Operations, Payment Systems, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, and Customer Service Management will be an added advantage.
