Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- For Senior Management (AGM HR / AGM IT): Relevant Bachelor’s Degree + Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) or Professional Chartered Membership + Minimum 15 years experience (2 years at Senior Managerial Level).
- For Engineers, IT & Technical Officers: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Professional qualifications with at least 01 year of post-qualifying experience.
- For Legal Services: Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public with at least 03 years of post-qualifying experience.
- For Vocational & Technical Posts (Programmer, Draughtsman, Welder): Degree or NVQ Level 7 (Programmer), NVQ Level 5 (Draughtsman), or NVQ Level 4 (Welder) certificates from a TVEC recognized institute.
Age Limit:
- AGM Posts: 35 to 55 years
- Executive / Officer Posts (MM 1-1 & JM 1-2): 22 to 45 years
- Management Assistant & Primary Level Posts (MA 2-2 & PL – 1): 18 to 45 years (Note: The upper age limit is not applicable to candidates who apply from the Government Sector).
