Minimum Educational Qualification – Post Wise:

For Administrative Officer: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Management, or Commerce, or other relevant degree recognized by the U.G.C.
For Management Assistant: Having passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination in six subjects with credit passes for four subjects (including Sinhala / Tamil Language, Mathematics & English language) AND three subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
For Driver: Having passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination with at least two credit passes, holding a valid heavy vehicle driving license, and three (03) years of driving experience.
For Cook: NVQ Level 2 certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation and Service.
For Hostel Aide: Should have appeared for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.
For Garden Aide: Should have appeared for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.

Age Limit:

The minimum age is 18 years (22 years for Administrative Officer), and the maximum age is 45 years as of the closing date.
