NITF Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification – Post Wise:

For Manager – Agrahara (HM 1-2): Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Management, or relevant field with a Postgraduate Masters Degree or Associate professional membership, and 15 years of managerial experience.
For Assistant Manager (Revenue / Motor Claims / Non Motor Claims) (MM 1-2): Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Management, Finance, or Insurance with 1 year post-qualifying experience, or Intermediate Examination of a recognized Chartered Institute with 1 year experience.
For Junior Executive (Procurement Officer) (JM 1-1): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resource, Accountancy, Insurance, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
For Record Keeper (MA 1-1): G.C.E. A/L Pass in 3 subjects and G.C.E. O/L Pass in 6 subjects with credits for Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics, plus a TVEC recognized Computer course certificate.
For Record Room Helper (PL 1): Sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) examination.

Age Limit: The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 55 years as of the closing date (varies post-wise: 35-55 years for HM, 22-45 years for MM, JM, and MA, and 18-45 years for PL).
