- Assistant Manager – Not More than 45 year
- Software Engineers – 2 Years to 4 Years
- System Operator – 3 years
- Business Development Officers – 18 Years to 40 Years
- Marketing Executives – 30 Years to 40 Years
- Banking Assistant – 18 Years to 25 Years
SMIB Banking Job Eligibility Criteria
- Post of Manager – Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Electronics Information Technology, Bio-Tech, Human Resource Management, and/ or equivalent.
- Assistant Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Electronics Information Technology, International finance and accounting, Bio-Tech, Arts, Business Management, Human Resource Management, and CIMA, ACCA, HNDA or equivalent with experience in the banking field.
- Database Administrator: Degree in Information Technology and database management-related professional certifications would be an added advantage Experience.
- Server Administration: Degree in Information Technology, Networking, and Professional certificates such as CCNA, CCNP, Linux and Windows Server-related professional certificates.
- Business Development Officer: Diploma in Marketing, Human Resource Management, HNDA
- Trainee Banking Assistant: O/L, A/L
