Sri Lanka Air Force Jobs Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification – Post Wise:

For Cadet Officers: 3 Simple (S) Passes at G.C.E. A/L in one sitting. Credit (C) Passes for English, Science, Mathematics at G.C.E. O/L.
For Graduate Direct Entry Officers: A degree in relevant fields (e.g., Engineering, Medical, Agriculture).
For Airmen/Airwomen (Regular/Volunteer): 6 Credit (C) Passes at G.C.E. O/L including Language, Mathematics, Science, English in no more than two sittings.
For Direct Entry Airmen/Airwomen: NVQ level 3 or above or SLQF level 1 or above certificate.

Age Limit: The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 32 years as of 01 August 2026
