Qualifications for External Candidates:

• A Bachelor’s Degree including English as a subject, recognized by the University Grants Commission with a credit pass for Sinhala at G.C.E O/L with one (01) year experience in translation from English – Sinhala and Sinhala – English.
• A diploma in Translation will be an added advantage.
