NMRA Opening Positions and Qualifications

Legal Officer (1)

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Must hold a degree in Law recognized by the University Grants Commission.
  • Must have completed Attorney-at-Law at the Supreme Court.
  • Minimum 02 years of post-qualifying experience in legal work after enrollment as an Attorney-at-Law.

Age limit: 22-45

Salary Scale & Benefits

  • As per Management Services Circular 07/2018 and amendments:
  • Rs. 47,715 – 10 x 1,335 – 15 x 1,630 – 49,180 (approx.)
  • EPF & ETF benefits provided.

Management Assistant (Non-Technical)

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • Passed GCE O/L with 6 subjects including: Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics, and English Language
  • Passed GCE A/L with 3 subjects (except General Test).
  • Must have completed a recognized computer certificate course of not less than 06 months.

📝 Method of Recruitment

Based on structured interview, evaluating:

  1. Relevant experience – 30 marks
  2. Additional qualifications – 25 marks
  3. Performance/skills – 15 marks
  4. Interview performance – 30 marks
    Total: 100 marks
