General Conditions

Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Must possess excellent character.
Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties assigned to the post and to serve in any part of the island.

Position: Management Assistant Grade III (Non-Technical) – 01 Vacancy

This vacancy is specifically allocated for conducting operations in the Tamil language. Candidates must have completed their education in the Tamil medium, and knowledge of the Sinhala language will be considered a special qualification.

Educational Qualifications:

G.C.E. O/L: Passed 6 subjects at one sitting with credit passes (C) for Sinhala/Tamil, English Language, Mathematics, and one other subject.
G.C.E. A/L: Passed 3 subjects (excluding the Common General Test).

Additional Qualifications:

Completion of a computer course on office applications (Microsoft Office) of not less than six (06) months from a government-recognized institution will be considered an additional qualification (must be proven by certificates).

Age Limit:

Not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age.

Salary Details:

Governed by Public Administration Circular No. 01/2025 under the MA 1-2 salary code.
The basic salary structure is $Rs. 46,220 – 10 \times 540 – 7 \times 630 – 12 \times 1,080 – 12 \times 1,280 – Rs. 84,350$.
The initial starting salary as of 01.01.2026 is Rs. 43,312/-.
Government-approved cost of living allowance and incentives will be paid additionally.
