Post of Director-General:

Edu. Qualifications:

External Candidates:

1. UGC recognized degree in Engineering or Science/Education/Human Resource/Finance/Technology/Commerce/Mathematics/Public administration/Agriculture/Economics/Management/Business Administration

With

2. Master degree (Post Graduate) in Engineering or Science/Education/Human Resource/Finance/Technology/Commerce/Mathematics/Public administration/Agriculture/Economics/Management/Business Administration

Experience:

i. 15 Years post-qualifying experience:

ii And Full Membership of a recognized professional chartered Institute (Relevant to the above-mentioned subjects)

Internal Applicant:

• Completion of a minimum of five years of satisfactory service in this post in the senior manager category (HM-1-1) in NAITA. (Quality/Training/Planning And Monitoring/Finance or Admin and Human Resource Managers) 
• or five years of satisfactory service in the post of principal (AR-2) in NAITA

Salary: Rs.120,915.00

Age: 35 Years – 55 

Closing Date:26th July 2021

In addition, the Government approved cost of living allowance and professional allowance, Telephone allowance, Transport facilities. (According to the Treasury Circulars)

Post of Director Finance:

External Candidate:

• UGC Recognized degree in Commerce/Accountancy/ BBA with Master’s degree. Or Membership of Chartered Institute.
• And 15 Years of qualifying Experience (in Statutory board/ Institute/Corporation) at the managerial-level
• Membership of a recognized professional-charted Institute (CIMA/ACCA/ICA)
• Experience: 15 Years

Internal Candidate:

five years of satisfactory service in the post of Manager (MM 1-1/Grade I) in NAITA

Salary: Rs. 114,345.00(HM 1-1)

Age: 35 Years – 55
